Light and space were the key elements in the redesign of this traditional Paddington terrace.

The brief was to open up the original plan to the rear yard with a side extension, attic conversion and the inclusion of an ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom.

A sense of space and openness were achieved through maintaining a largeness to all rooms and drawing light through and into the centre of the house.

The larger rear family area merged into the outdoor garden space with seamless tiling and a continuous bench top with minimal separation achieved with frameless bi-folding panels.
